As your group travel planning consultant, I don’t simply book flights or a hotel room for one or two people. I offer intricate travel planning for groups of 10 or more with all details handled for you. By working with me, you gain the advantage of having the full range of my expertise at your service to help plan the best trip for you and your group and relieve you of the stress and frustration of trying to figure it all out yourself.

My services include extensive researching and planning, venue sourcing, proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, site selection, reservations, booking flights and accommodations, and room block management. They can also include scouting and negotiating best rates on airport transfers, ground transportation, tours, and special amenities such as chef, masseuse, personal styling, and other services. Booking travel is only a small part of what I do.

My planning fee starts at $125 and is nonrefundable. Fee may be higher for large groups with many tours, activities, accommodations, flights, etc.
